An integrated method for evaluating the quality of education and university performance

چکیده
Purpose. To create an integrated methodology for assessing educational and scientific activities of higher education institutions (HEI) following the recommendations international ranking agencies specific indicators that consider position at national level. Methodology. The combined method evaluation HEI activity is applied. Some are inherent in (in whole or part). Others have a numerical value. calculation final indicator based on comparing universities according to from (ranking positions world space, quality indicators, financial activity) with reference university, which has best result each indicator. Findings. An algorithm presented given use depending peculiarities (for example, general by direction). Originality. external proposed, considering both well-known (different indicators) Practical allows determining some economic dynamics (positive negative) university development finding bottlenecks implementation activities. considers actual (training all levels). It also us assess success free economics implementing as significant factor creating new knowledge improving services quality.
